I only had to wait a couple of days for a reply, and they were super nice, giving me choices to speed things up. The one-year warranty is affordable and covers everything, even a full replacement if needed.

The customer support was truly fantastic. I encountered a minor issue with my glasses, and when I reached out via email, they responded promptly and assured me a new pair would be sent right away. Plus, I really dig the option that lets you visualize how the glasses fit your face. I would totally recommend them!

I still haven't received my package. After I got in touch with Syght, they gave me the carrier's phone number, but no one picks up. Why do I have to reach out to the carrier at the depot when they haven't even tried to deliver it to the address I provided? Syght's response was: "The parcel has made it to your country. I told you to get in touch with the local delivery service and shared their contact info in the last email. Sadly, this is out of our hands." So, where's my package?

After I posted that review, Syght reached out to help me out. They sent the package again, but guess what? It still hasn't shown up, and no one has even tried to deliver it. The carrier won't answer their phone either.

I’m really pleased and content. The product has a nice finish and is comfy to wear; I even checked with an eye doctor to be sure. The lenses are crystal clear, no scratches at all, and honestly, I’ve got no complaints. Using my phone and laptop is a breeze now. No headaches, no eye strain, and no watery eyes when I’m using them.

I was really hoping to love these specs since I spend all day on the computer and needed some blue light filtering glasses. I picked up two pairs, but honestly, I haven't noticed any change whatsoever.

The color choices are great, and the styles are nice too. Just wish there were more hot pink options, ya know?

These glasses are just right for me. The issue I faced was vitreous detachment, which is connected to retinal detachment but isn’t as severe.

I bought these for my wife, who wears contacts and spends her days glued to a laptop for work. By the end of the day, her eyes were really feeling it. Now, with these glasses, she can work during the day and enjoy TV or play games on her phone and Switch at night. They fit her face just right (used the debit card trick) and she’s a fan of the style I chose. I’ll definitely be back for more in the future.

These are just some plastic blue light glasses. They don’t offer anything extra compared to the coating available for prescription lenses. If you wear prescription glasses, you’d be better off getting a coating on those instead of these. If you don’t wear prescription lenses, then these are an acceptable choice. However, the frame feels kinda flimsy and cheap.
